General Terms and Conditions

General Event Terms & Conditions — No Trace Events



By purchasing a ticket, registering, or attending this event, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:



1. Refunds & Transfers



All ticket sales are final.



No refunds, except as required by New Zealand consumer law.



Tickets are non-transferable unless otherwise stated by the promoter.



If attendees can no longer attend, it is their responsibility to resell or transfer the ticket only through approved channels (e.g., Flicket resale if enabled).



2. Event Changes



No Trace Events reserves the right to:



Change or update the venue, location, lineup, performers, or event schedule at any time.



Modify production elements, entertainment offerings, or advertised activities without notice.



Changes do not qualify for refunds.



3. Event Cancellation / Postponement



If the event is postponed, all tickets will automatically transfer to the new date.



If the event is cancelled, refunds (if applicable) will follow Flicket’s standard process.



The promoter is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by attendees (travel, accommodation, etc.).



4. Entry Conditions



Entry may require a valid ID.



No Trace Events reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person who:



Is intoxicated, aggressive, or acting in a way that threatens safety.



Violates event rules or staff instructions.



Brings prohibited items (alcohol, drugs, weapons, glass, etc.).



No refunds will be issued to anyone removed from the event.



5. Safety & Personal Responsibility



Attendees participate in all activities (including but not limited to ice baths, sauna sessions, yoga, breathwork, mountain biking, and dance floors) at their own risk.



No Trace Events is not liable for injury, illness, property loss, or damage.



Attendees must follow all safety instructions and signage.



6. Weather Contingencies



The event will operate in most weather conditions.



Weather-related changes (delays, lineup adjustments, activity cancellations) do not qualify for refunds.



7. Media & Photography



By attending, you consent to being filmed or photographed.



Footage and images may be used for promotional, commercial, or marketing purposes without compensation.



8. Conduct & Behaviour



Anti-social, disrespectful, or unsafe behaviour will result in immediate removal.



Illegal activity will be reported to the appropriate authorities.



Guests must respect the venue, staff, performers, and other attendees.



9. Personal Belongings



The promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings.



Attendees are encouraged to secure personal items.



10. Liability Waiver



By attending the event, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with festivals, house parties, physical activities, and outdoor environments.

You agree to release No Trace Events, its staff, contractors, and venue partners from any claims arising from attendance or participation.



11. Age Restrictions



Events may be 18+ or R18 depending on licensing requirements.



Accepted ID may include NZ Driver Licence, Passport, or Hospitality NZ 18+ card.



12. Ticket Scanning & Fraud



Tickets will be scanned once. Duplicate, invalid, or fake tickets will be denied entry.



The promoter is not responsible for tickets purchased via unauthorized resale channels.



13. Alcohol & Drug Policy



Strict no BYO (unless specified).



Zero tolerance for illegal substances.



Anyone deemed intoxicated or unsafe will be refused entry or removed without refund.



14. Privacy



Personal information collected via registration or ticketing will be handled by Flicket in accordance with their privacy policy.



No Trace Events may contact attendees with event updates or future event information.
